Came from California to visit son who is in the military. Son had a mechanical problem from 2001 Chevy 4X4 truck. There is nothing more intimidating than looking for a auto repair shop when you require maintenance or repair services. We were fortunate to find Mike McDade, Owner/Operator of Mike's Mobile Auto Repair.
Mike was quick to respond to our request for an estimate for regular service to our 2018 Kia and our workhorse 2008 Hyundai. Initially, we just asked for an oil and oil filter change. We expected the usual "you need..." Surprisingly, this was not the case. After a fairly thorough inspection, Mike told us our air filters were fine and the wipers were in good shape. He did suggest that it was time for a brake job on the Hyundai. The invoice for the service was less than we expected and his quote for brake repair was about 25% less than we had been quoted by another reputable shop. Needless to say, he will be our "go to" mechanic for our automobile needs.
